At Fresh Photo House our photography speaks for itself! We treat every photo shoot individually and concentrate on capturing the highest quality images possible from every location we visit. Commercial Photography

Fresh Photo House currently works for a number of commercial enterprises. Much of this work involves visiting sites that have been acquired by developers, photographing and floor planning office space. Whether it be helping a local business with a lease plan for their property, or photographing a huge development project for an international bank, we love using our specialist skills to find solutions for our clients.

Floorplans & Lease Plans

Accuracy is key, in an industry where every bit of space is important we confidently use the latest Leica laser measuring technology to make sure that our floorplans are clear and precise. We supply both residential and commercial floorplans and leaseplans for a wide range of marketing uses. Floorplans are a crucial tool within advertising any space whether it be residential or commercial. Our team are highly trained and have a vast wealth of experience across the residential and commercial sector. We work closely with our CAD drawing team to ensure accuracy and full RICS compliance. Our floorplans can be tailored to any style, colour and branding.

Video

Whether we are capturing a whole development or an individual property, video is an exciting and modern way of telling the story to a wider audience. Using an array of styles and techniques our Videographers are able to capture the broader picture and how a space ties together and interacts.

Energy Certificates

Our energy assessors provide accurate and thorough Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), which if you are selling or letting your property are now mandatory to obtain. We offer a prompt and efficient turnaround time, working with you to get your property on the market as quickly as possible.

An EPC is performed by an assessor who visits the property, examines key items such as loft insulation, the domestic boiler, hot water tanks, radiators and windows. The finished package will help advise homeowners on how to minimize energy loss and save money in the long term.
